Elite T&T

Our desire for the Aspire T&T Team is to help young athletes reach their fullest potential through quality coaching with safe and effective progressions and techniques. Our team kids will learn important life skills through disciplined training and competitions. Our goals go beyond the competitive floor in that we strive to see the lessons learned this year will enhance each athlete’s quality of life in the future. That we would see them grow and mature in a respectful and responsible manner not only while they are in our program, but more importantly, after they move on from our program.

What we offer-

  • RecThis level is for the athlete that is interested in competitive T&T but does not yet want the commitment that team demands, both financially and time-wise. A great way to learn the “competitive ropes” in a fun and comfortable setting. Time commitment is minimal: Meet 2 times a week for a total of 3 hours: Monday & Thursday from 6:00- 7:30pm.   • DevoThis level is our “pre-team” (developmental) training ground for those athletes that show exceptional desire and aptitude at an early age (4-7 years old), but are just not ready to compete. A bit more time than regular class sessions are given to this group to challenge them and prepare them forentry level competition. 3 hours per week: Monday and Thursdays 4:30- 6:00pm.
  • CompulsoryLevels 7 & 8- Athletes train 3 days/ week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30-6:30pm.
  • Optional– Levels 8, 9, 10, ODP- Our seasoned group of competitors, most all of these athletes have gone (or will go) to the USAG National Championships and working on many of their own higher level skills. More time in training at this level continues to produce a highly competitive athlete that strives to be the best they can be.Workouts are 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6:00-8:30. A total of 10 hours per week.
  • EliteJr. & Sr. Elite- This is our top level team of athletes that have worked their way up to National and International status. They train 15 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. (Please call for times.)
