Trampoline Level 3

Required Skills – A front tuck with spot, back drop, front drop, and the USAG level 3&4 routines. In this class, athletes will begin to learn more advanced skills and routines on all events. Skills include back drop pull over, front tuck & pike, back tuck & pike and USAG level 5&6 routines. Athletes not wishing to compete will stay in this level and progress through routines and skills according to ability.
