Join us at Aspire and start your mornings off with a great workout in an air-conditioned facility! A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by gyms and personal trainers.

These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. This boot camp class will provide specific modifications for clients who want a good, tough workout but have physical limitations. However, the setting of this boot camp class is in a gymnastics facility, so we will be incorporating the tumbletrak and other forms of exercise that you will not find at any regular gym.

The main types of workouts will be based on functional strength and performance strength. Everything is done at a pace that works for you!
