At Aspire, our Trampoline & Tumbling Team is built on expert coaching, safe progressions, and a supportive environment that helps athletes reach their full potential—both in and out of the gym.

Our T&T team is dedicated to helping athletes grow through disciplined training, safe progressions, and quality coaching. Trampoline and tumbling develops key physical abilities like coordination, strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness—skills that translate to nearly every other sport.
But we look beyond competition. Our goal is to ensure the lessons learned here have a lasting impact on each athlete’s future. Through focused training and a strong team environment, we aim to help kids grow into respectful, responsible individuals—not just while they’re with us, but well beyond their time in the gym.
Trampoline and Tumbling Team Levels
Compulsory
- Levels 1-7
Optionals
- Levels 8+
Team Tryouts
T&T Team tryouts are scheduled for June 23 & 25 from 4:45 – 7:00 pm. This is for any athlete, age 6 and above, who is interested in competing with our Trampoline & Tumbling Team!
Cost for the tryouts is $10. If you have any questions, please send an email to teamadmin@aspirekidsports.com or simply sign up and attend the tryouts!
