Types of Birthday Parties & Pricing
Gymnastics Birthday Party
Every Aspire party is tailored to fit the age group and number of guests, ensuring maximum fun for everyone involved!
Your celebration includes:
● Organized fun in the gym led by our energetic party coaches
● Activities like the bounce house, obstacle courses, trampolines, and more
● 45 minutes in your private party space for food, cake, and presents
● A dedicated party host to keep everything running smoothly
Whether your child is turning 3 or 14, we make sure the experience is active, exciting, and stress-free for families.
The cost for your celebration is $275 for up to 12 partygoers for 1 ¾ hours. Want to invite more? No problem! $10 per additional registered guest will be added at checkout.
Swim Birthday Party
Every Aspire party is tailored to fit the age group and number of guests, ensuring maximum fun for everyone involved!
Your celebration includes:
● Organized fun in the pool led by our energetic party coaches
● Activities like free swim, games, toys, and pool floats
● 45 minutes in your private party space for food, cake, and presents
● A dedicated party host to keep everything running smoothly
Whether your child is turning 3 or 14, we make sure the experience is active, exciting, and stress-free for families.
The cost for your celebration is $295 for up to 12 partygoers for 1 ¾ hours. Want to invite more? No problem! $10 per additional registered guest will be added at checkout. (Maximum of 25 kids & children unable to swim are required to bring and wear their own flotation devices.)
Pick 2 Birthday Party
This option allows you to pick 2 types of parties!
The cost for your celebration is $495 for up to 12 partygoers for 2 ¾ hours. Want to invite more? No problem! $10 per additional registered guest will be added at checkout.
Want More Party Time?
$50 for an additional 30 minutes of pool or gym time (the extra ½ hour will immediately follow the initial hour of play time).
The activity breakdown for single event parties is: 1 hour of activity and 45 minutes for food, cake and presents.
The activity breakdown for pick two parties is: 1 hour for each activity chosen and 45 minutes for food, cake and presents.
How to make your birthday party at aspire a success
Before the Party
After booking, you’ll receive a QR code to share with your guests.
A parent or guardian must use the QR code to register their child and complete the required party waiver.
Children must be registered to enter the gym or pool and participate in the party.
All guests must register by the Wednesday before your party so we can prepare.
RSVP’s & Reminders
You’ll receive an email confirmation each time a guest registers.
These confirmations can serve as their RSVP.
A day or two before the party, registered guests will receive a reminder email with details on what to wear, what to bring, and our location.
Party Day
Each participant will check in at the front desk upon arrival.
After check-in, they’re ready to jump in and celebrate!

Is membership Required?
Membership is not required and the price posted online is for members and non‑members alike.
Birthday Party Pricing Policies
1. Each party includes up to 12 participants. Want to invite more? No problem! $10 per additional registered guest will be added at checkout.
2. Staffing and party preparations are based on the number of registered guests as of the Thursday before your party.
3. We require a $50 deposit to hold the date and time for your party which will be applied to your final amount due.
4. Deposit is refundable up to two weeks prior to your scheduled party.
5. Balance is paid in full at the completion of your party.
What Does Aspire Provide for Your Party?
1. A dedicated party space with tables and chairs for your confirmed number of guests
2. Staff for the number of confirmed guests and a designated party host
3. Organized fun for the kids in the gym/pool
4. Total clean up! Leave the mess to us.
What Can Parents Supply for a Party?
1. Cupcakes or Cake
2. Pizza/Other food
3. Birthday plates and napkins
4. Tablecloths (White tablecloths will be provided if none are brought)
5. Decorations (No Confetti)
6. Party Favors
7. Camera or video equipment
8. Cooler for boxed drinks, etc.
Note: Please do not bring ice cream or open drinks
What to wear?
1. Gymnastics Party: Children should wear gym clothes (active wear).
2. Swimming Party: Children should bring swim wear, towels and a change of clothes.
What to bring?
1. Gymnastics Party: Children should bring socks and a water bottle.
2. Swimming Party: Children who cannot confidently swim on their own must bring a flotation device. Party goers 2 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Where will my party be located?
Your party will be located in 1 of our 4 party spaces. These spaces include our dance room, martial arts room, viewing area, and swim area. We will determine the space on the day of the party and advance requests are not permitted.
Aspire does not provide party supplies or decorations, but we love seeing how families personalize their celebrations!
