Our Mission and Vision
At Aspire Kids Sports Center, we’re dedicated to one core belief:
“Building Happy, Healthy Kids!”
Founded in 1995 by Scott and Dona Barclay, Aspire has grown from the smaller Gym Time into a 32,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility. With programs in gymnastics, swimming, dance, martial arts, and preschool activities, we offer something for every child.
Scott’s background as a gymnast and coach—highlighted by his time with Arizona State University and multiple national titles with the Arizona Men’s Gymnastics Club Team—has helped shape a safe, fun, and supportive space where kids of all ages can thrive.

our reviews
“My son is nonverbal and on the spectrum and we have been using Aspire’s adaptive program option for his swimming lessons. The instructors have been great. He is learning to love the water. His adaptive swim lessons have been one-on-one and they are much more affordable for that than several swim schools close by were. I highly recommend Aspire for anyone with a child with a disability that needs a little extra attention and patience. I’m grateful to Aspire for offering this option.”

“My two daughters started gymnastics at Aspire and we just love them! They both have made so much progress in such a short time. This is especially true for my autistic daughter. We have seen a remarkable difference in her bilateral coordination and her confidence. She is now doing things she has been attempting and struggling with for years. My other daughter’s strength and athleticism has gone through the roof. Thank you, Aspire!”

“We just had our daughters birthday here today and WOW!!! Conner and Jazz were amazing! The girls had a great time and Conner and Jazz helped with everything from start to finish. The girls didn’t want to leave. Book your party and ask for Conner and Jazz!!!”

“We love swim classes with Ms. Erin. She makes a conscious effort to understand a child’s temperament, predisposition towards swimming, and unique needs. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else for swim classes!”
