amount due and the processing date.

Camp, Open Gym, Tumbling Clinic, & Parents Night Out: Once checked in, stay with your child until they’ve joined their group.

Small items like shoes and socks can be placed in the lobby cubbies. Please note: Aspire is not responsible for lost items, so we recommend leaving valuables at home. Water bottles are encouraged and can be taken into class.

Holidays: Please review our calendar for holiday closures. Tuition remains the same each month and is not prorated for holidays. Likewise, no additional fees are charged when a class meets five times in a month. Tuition is based on an average of four classes per month, with classes held at least 48 times per year.
Summer Vacation Credit: During the summer months, credit is available if at least two weeks of class will be missed, with a maximum of one month of credit per class. For specific dates and additional details, please check with the front desk as summer approaches.

Potty Accident: Children’s safety and well-being are our top priority. Due to SafeSport policies, staff are limited in the assistance they can provide in the event of a potty accident. Therefore, Aspire requires a parent or guardian of children under the age of 6 to remain in the building while their child is in class. If a parent or guardian is not present, children must be able to independently manage their bathroom needs, including cleaning themselves and changing clothes. If an accident results in wet clothing, the child will not be permitted to return to class until they have changed into dry clothing.
Unpaid Tuition & Late Fees: After an electronic payment is processed, a receipt will be sent via email to the chosen contact on your account either confirming a successful payment or indicating that further action is required. If payment cannot be completed during a new registration, make your payment by the end of the business day to hold your spot. Otherwise, we invite you to re-register at a later time. If a recurring monthly tuition payment fails, it must be resolved within 48 hours of the initial processing attempt to retain your spot and continue attending your class(es). Please note: Tuition fees that remain unpaid after the 5th of each month are subject to a 10% late fee.

Students who are dismissed are welcome to schedule a make-up once they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours.

Occasionally, photos are taken for promotional purposes. Aspire Kids Sports Center may use these images, without names, in promotional materials and on Aspire’s social media accounts.

If you do not want photos of your child to be used, please complete the online registration process first, then email info@aspirekidsports.com with the subject line “No Photographs.” Your preferences will be updated immediately.

Enter the promotion code during registration: Enter the code in the Promotion Code section when registering through our website, or in the Comment section when using the Parent Portal or app.

Turn in your certificate: Please bring your promotional certificate with you and turn it in at the front desk when you arrive for your class or event.

Multiple weekly class promotion certificates: If you have multiple promotional certificates for a weekly class, we encourage you to turn them all in when you arrive for your first class. We will apply one certificate per month until all have been used.

What happens when my promotion certificate runs out for my weekly class? Once all promotional certificates have been used, regular tuition will be posted to your account. Aspire will then process your full payment, including any applicable membership fees, pro-rating, and discounts.

Recurring monthly tuition payments: Once your promotional period has ended, recurring monthly tuition payments will begin. Payments are processed each month between the 1st and the 4th. You will receive a statement by email at least 24 hours in advance, outlining the amount due and the scheduled processing date.
