Active. Creative. Unforgettable. At Aspire, camp days are packed with energy, imagination, and connection. Whether your child is flipping through gymnastics circuits, leaping into the foam pit, getting creative with crafts, or simply making new friends, every activity is carefully designed to be safe, structured, and seriously fun.

Our experienced and enthusiastic staff creates a positive, inclusive environment where kids can stay active, try new things, and grow in confidence—all while giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is engaged, supported, and having a blast.

Please note that any changes to your registration may affect the discounts applied. If payment cannot be completed during registration, make your payment by the end of the business day to hold your spot. Otherwise, we invite you to re‑register at a later time.
Non‑refundable deposit: A non‑refundable fee of $10 per day, per camper, applies once registration is complete.
Absences, Makeups, and Transfers: Transfers are available for $10 per day, per camper, and must be arranged in advance of the absence. These options are subject to availability, and added activities like swim or dance will transfer only if they are offered and available on the new camp day.
Cancellations: Cancellations without a doctor’s note are not eligible for a refund if made less than 14 days before the start of the camp week; if made 14 or more days in advance, Aspire offers a refund for the amount paid minus the non‑refundable deposit. With a doctor’s note, Aspire offers a full refund.
Late pick‑up fee: Campers picked up after their scheduled time may incur a late fee of $25 or more, depending on the length of the delay. If you experience unexpected delays, please contact us so we can do our best to assist you.
Behavior: Bullying or physical violence is not tolerated at Aspire Summer Camp, and parents will be notified immediately if such behavior occurs. A second offense will result in the child being required to take a break from camp for a specified period.
Potty Training: Due to SafeSport regulations designed to protect all children, our staff is limited in the assistance we can provide in the event of a potty accident. Campers must be able to complete their bathroom routine independently, including cleaning and changing clothes. If a camper is unable to do so and return to the group on their own, we will contact the parent to assist.
Phones and other valuable items: We strongly recommend leaving valuable items at home, as Aspire is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. If a phone is brought, it must be stored in a cubby and is not permitted in the gym. Phones that are out during the event will be collected by a coach and returned to a parent at pick‑up.
