At Aspire’s Open Gym, kids enjoy the freedom to move, explore, and build skills in a fun and safe environment. Whether they’re perfecting a new tumble, climbing, bouncing, or simply burning off weekend energy, Open Gym provides supervised, unstructured time for healthy, active play.
Open Gym is the perfect way for your child to:

If you are not a member of Aspire Kids Sports Center and would like to take advantage of our member pricing, please write “Add Membership” in the Comments section after clicking the green Register Now button and we will add the annual membership fee of $40. If you choose to skip membership at this time, a $5 non-member fee will be added to each child’s registration fee.

Open Gym Policies, Cancellations and Fees
Discounts and Payment: After completing your registration, Aspire will process your full payment, including any applicable membership or non‑member fees. If payment cannot be completed during registration, make your payment by the end of the business day to hold your spot. Otherwise, we invite you to re‑register at a later time.
Open gym as a make‑up for a class absence: If registering for a make‑up for a weekly class missed due to illness or a conflict, please write “MAKE UP” and the date of the absence in the “Comments” section, and we will remove the fee once the registration is received.
Cancellations and Transfers: Cancellations without a doctor’s note made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund. If canceled 24 or more hours in advance, you may transfer to another open gym or request a credit for a future event or class. With a doctor’s note, Aspire offers a full refund.
Late pick‑up fee: Children picked up after their scheduled time may incur a late fee of $25 or more, depending on the length of the delay. If you experience unexpected delays, please contact us so we can do our best to assist you.
Phones and other valuable items: We strongly recommend leaving valuable items at home, as Aspire is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. If a phone is brought, it must be stored in a cubby and is not permitted in the gym. Phones that are out during the event will be collected by a coach and returned to a parent at pick‑up.
Parents are NOT permitted into the gym but are encouraged to watch from our parent viewing area located upstairs.
How and when do I pay tuition?
After you complete a new registration, Aspire will process your full payment, including any applicable non‑member fees or discounts. Please note that any changes to your registration may affect the discounts applied.
How much is membership, and is it required?
Membership is optional. Event prices listed online are for members. If you would like to add membership, enter “Add membership” in the Comments section; otherwise, a $5 non‑member fee per child, per event will be applied.
What should my child wear?
Students should wear workout clothing like a T‑shirt, gym shorts, or a leotard, avoid items with zippers, buttons, or snaps, and tie back long hair; gym attire is available for purchase in our lobby.
What happens when we arrive on our first day?
After we receive your registration, we’ll send you a welcome letter by email, which will explain everything you need to know for your first class. In the meantime, here’s some important information to help you get started.

Where should we place items like shoes and water bottles?
Small items like shoes and socks can be placed in the lobby cubbies. Please note: Aspire is not responsible for lost items, so we recommend leaving valuables at home. Water bottles are encouraged and can be taken into class.
Do parents need to stay after their child joins their group?
Once your child is checked in, please stay with them until they’ve joined their group. After that, you may leave and return before the class ends, or you’re welcome to stay and watch from one of our viewing areas.
